• Process: To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the replacement.
• Shipping Costs: If the replacement is due to an error on our part or a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are requesting a replacement for any other reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy
